Our Second Operating Goal - Create Interoperability at the Ground-Segment

Our secondary goal is to build Regional Interoperability Models for other Timescale Providers like USNO and GPS. The purpose of this is to unify and facilitate the use of GPS in key Financial Operating Models by creating the key GPS to NIST Interoperability Offset Tables directly at the User's Perimeter, creating the absolute strongest possible delivery model for Inter-Government compliant time services.
